Newly built house with a sea view, Senoren

Unique accommodation on a large natural plot (4300 sqm) only 70 m from the sea, suitable for both couples and families. This is the place we fell in love with. After two years, in March 2022, the house was built, with sea view between the treetops and fantastic sunsets. Inspired by Scandinavian design and decorated in natural tones. The house open floor invites you to socialize. The large windows to the west allow you to enjoy the sunlight all day until sunset. Cook in the modern kitchen and hang out around the large kitchen island, enjoy and grill on the large terrace, sunbathe and swim in the bay below the house or just read a book hidden on the cliffs. Here you will easily find your own strawberry place. Close to baths and beautiful cliffs, privacy protected and separated from people and traffic, while it's still close to the community to buy food, eat out or make excursions. The chirping of birds is the only thing that you hear, yes, sometimes also the sound of a motorboat passing by. During the walks you can often see fearless and curious deer who are the closest neighbors. It became our holiday paradise, where we hope you will enjoy at least as much as we do during your holiday.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, large kitchen island that joins the dining area (150 cm table with 6 chairs) and the living room (corner sofa, armchair, stool, coffee table). Beautiful fireplace in the middle of the room.

Bathroom: Fully equipped bathroom with extra large overhead shower (40 cm) and shower corner (90 * 90 cm), double sinks, washer / dryer.

Patio: Large terrace, about 60 sqm with dining area for 6 people, lounge chairs, 2 sun loungers, barbecue. Several cozy coffee places on the plot.

Other information:
- Underfloor heating throughout the house.
- You have your own access to the entire accommodation. If we enter with a code, we will send it to you before arrival, as well as a detailed route description.
- The house has no "private" beach, but the sea is just a stone's throw away (~ 70 m), a small bay surrounded by rocks and with easy access to the water.
- As the house is newly built, internet fiber is not yet connected. There is a 4G WiFi modem that offers the possibility of internet connection. The TV is not installed, we
usually uses tablets and laptops for entertainment.
- There is only one neighboring house (about 50 m away), but it is separated by forest from us, so total privacy.
- Senoren's bathing area with sandy beach (Sandvik) is within cycling distance (~ 2 km), several other tourist attractions are nearby.
- Close to grocery store: 2 km to the nearest Ica Near
- Close to several cozy restaurant and farm shops: Brofästet, Elsas, etc.
- Close to Karlskrona: 30 km
