Welcome to Björkrisvägen 44!
Cozy cottage on a level of about 5-10 minutes walk to swimming lake with small sandy beach, bathing jetty and barbecue area. Very quiet area. Located about 30 minutes from Ullared and one hour from Gothenburg or Varberg. Most fishing lakes in the immediate area.

The cottage is just under 60 sqm with three bedrooms, kitchen and large cottage. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Fireplace both inside and out. Large patio deck with patio furniture and barbecue. Trampoline in the garden for the children.

There are two beds in each bedroom, two of which are bunk beds. In one of the rooms the beds are 180 cm long and 80 wide. Otherwise 200 cm long and 90 cm wide.

The kitchen has most of the basic equipment for cooking. Dishwasher, micro,
toaster, electric whisk, coffee maker and kettle.

In the Livingroom there is a dining area and seating area and access to the large wooden deck. Air source heat pump available. Some board games to borrow.

Other
- One-person kayak is available to borrow. Works great for fishing on the lake (note fishing license required) or just paddling a turn.
- High chair and travel cot are available.
- There is no wi-fi

Events or parties are not allowed.
The area is quiet and restful.
