Welcome to a charming house with a lush garden, located in the Bjäre countryside of North West Skåne.
The house is classic red with white trimmings and has two floors. The upper floor has a bedroom, a hall and bathroom while the ground floor has a livingroom, a large kitchen, hallway and a toilet.
The second floor bedroom has one king size bed and one youth size bed (80x170cm) plus an additional 120x200cm bed and a 90x200cm bed. The upstairs hall has a daybed that can fit two adults (160x200cm). The upstairs bathroom has a shower. From the second floor you can walk out to the rooftop terrace, which has a fantastic view of the surrounding Bjäre landscape and the sea. The terrace is facing west which means great sunsets views.
The ground floor has an open and spacious kitchen with large windows facing the surrounding fields. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven and all other kitchen equipment of a standard household. The livingroom has e.g. a fireplace and TV. In the downstair bathroom there is also a washing machine. From the kitchen you walk onto the front terrace.
The garden is lush and varied and in the summertime filled with lots of flowers.
Next to the main house is a guesthouse, with a family size bunkbed, table&chairs, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The guesthouse is suitable for 2-3 persons. It also has a spacious front terrace with outdoor furnitures.
The garden has a trampoline. There is six bicycles available, sizes 16”-27” and a child seat, for rides down to the sea, to the nearby charming seaside town Torekov or to the country-style cafés in the area.
There is also a grill available (gas included) as well as fishing rods if you want to go fishing. The house is 2km from the sea, 3km from the scenic Hovs Hallar, 4km from Torekov and 8km from Båstad.
The location is suitable for families without a car, since the regional bus 502 from Båstad train station stops just outside the house.
Internet is available and is included. Pets are allowed. The default is that guests clean before departure but cleaning service can be arranged upon request.
The house can be rented for full weeks (Sunday to Sunday) as well as long/weekends.
Price for the 2024 season:
weeks 25-32: 12 000 SEK/week
all other weeks: 8 000 SEK/week
