Fantastic Kyhlstrand with miles and miles with white soft sand

Kyhl beach is 17 km from Simrishamn, 6 km from Skillinge, 12 km from Kåseberga, about 30 km from Ystad and about 90 minutes from Copenhagen.

The cottage is situated abot 150 meters from the ocean (Baltic Sea) and is a 1½ floor house at 99 sqm. The first floor has a light nice living room with dinner table, TV, fireplace (stove). There is a door directly to the terass with BBQ and out door furnitures. The floor also has a small kitchen, WC with shower and washing machine. There are 3 sleeping room. The floor above has a large sleeping room.

The nearest shops and restaurants are in the fishing village of Skillinge. A bank and groceries are available 5 km away. There is a horse riding school approx. 4 km away. It is about 25 km to Ystad’s 3 golf courses and tennis arena which also offers badminton and handball.

Cleaning can be purchased but you can also clean the house itself.
