In a quiet residential area in the Limhamn district you will find the house where my two daughters and I live. The house is from the last century, built in classic Limhamn brick and has been carefully renovated over the last years.
On the ground floor there are two rooms in file as well as an open plan kitchen. In the living room there are two sofas and a TV where you can stream Netflix and HBO in the evenings. On the second floor you will find the house's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the master bedroom there is a King Size bed and in the two smaller bedrooms each bed is 90 cm. I also keep two thick extra mattresses in the basement if needed. In the basement you will find the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
In the lush garden there is a lounge area where the large fig tree shadows beautifully warm summer days. There is a patio with space for up to 10 people as well as a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen.
Limhamn is a seaside district in southwestern Malmö in the region of Skåne. Walking to salty baths and cozy restaurants by the sea takes less than five minutes which is about the same time it will take to get to the center of Limhamn. In Limhamn you will find large grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Getting to Malmö, a vibrant city of 330,000 inhabitants, is done in a quarter by bus or car. You can also rent a bike or take an electric scooter and ride into town along the bustling Ribersborg beach. Visit Falsterbo which has one of Scandinavia's most beautiful beaches or go to Copenhagen in just over 30 minutes. Copenhagen has about 1.5 million inhabitants and is second to Stockholm the largest city in Scandinavia. In Copenhagen there are two big amusement parks, Tivoli and Bakken, which are loved by children. On the other side of Skåne lies Österlen, Skåne's Provence with its rolling landscape and cozy little fishing villages.
