Beautiful villa in the inner archipelago of Stockholm

The villa is from 1919 and was carefully renovated in 2018 and now has all modernities. There is a large sunny terass reachable from the dining room, the living room and the kitchen, with a large gas barbeque grill. There is also a large blooming garden with apple threes, pear threes, a huge willow and beautiful old oak threes. From most of the rooms you have a beautiful sea view over the Baltic Sea (Baggensfjärden).

On the bottom floor there is a hallway, a bath room, a sauna, a TV room, a dining room, a kitchen and a living room. On the upper floor there are three bed rooms and a bath room. Two with double beds and one which can be made into a double bed.

The surroundings are calm with large gardens, cottages, horses. The little sailing club of Mjölkudden is 200 meters away and the closest beach is just a few minutes walk. At that beach there is a large wooden deck where there is often yoga in the morning and in on summer nights sometimes couples dancing in the evenings (not late) k, and you can also buy grilled herring for lunch at the Strömmingsvagnen.

It is also possible to rent the guest house, with a large comfortable double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The house is reachable by both car and bus.
