Little paradise by the sea

This small paradise for 6 people is located by the sea in Stockholm's northern archipelago.
Three terraces and a large jetty means that you can always find a place to sit comfortably in the sun or in the shade, which ever you prefer. The sun sets on the other side of the bay and creates magnificent, colorful sunsets in the evenings.

On the plot there are several separate houses:
In the largest houses there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses, knives, pots, pans and more. Dining table with 6 chairs. In the house there is also a sofa bed (80 + 80 cm) and in the sleeping loft there are two beds (90 + 90 cm). Mosquito nets are available in three windows. Electric awnings are available in the kitchen and on the glazed porch. TV with DVD movies available. Wifi via fiber is available.

The guest house's panoramic window has a magnificent view to wake up to. Here you will find a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) that can be used as a sofa. Mosquito nets are found in the openable windows.

Toilet and shower are in a separate house. The toilet is a bio toilet, not flush.

Down on your own pier there is a wood-fired sauna with panoramic windows, for six people. On the jetty there is also a sun shower and outdoor furniture. A bathing raft with a bathing ladder is a bit out in the water.

Outside:
Two dining groups, lounge furniture, two sun loungers, a café set and garden chairs are on the terraces.

By car, it takes 15 minutes into Norrtälje's people's life with cafés, restaurants, trade and summer events such as music performances, etc. The nearest golf course is Roslagens GK. Sea kayaks can be rented in Gräddö. To Stockholm it takes about 1 hour by car.
