Newly built house in Färjestaden with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Newly built -20 on 168 sqm, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and nice rear facing a meadow. We have three bikes you can borrow, it takes 10 minutes to cycle to the beach and restaurants.

Sheets for the 210 bed are included, other sheets and towels are not included in the price.
Pets or smoking are not allowed.
The house is cleaned by the tenant and left in the same condition as at check-in!

The accommodation:
Bedroom 1 upstairs: 210 cm continental bed
Bedroom 2 upstairs: 1 x 180 cm continental bed
Bedroom 3 upstairs: 1 x 180 cm bed
Bedroom 4 downstairs: 1 pc 120 cm bed, 1 pc 80 cm foam mattress, 1 pc approx. 150 cm air mattress the higher model, 2 pcs cots.

We also have different children's chairs, 2 children's gates for the stairs or doors. Lots of toys and children's stuff.

Other things to note:
The garage is not included and cannot be entered.

En fantastisk fräsch villa som verkligen har allt man behöver. Vi välkomnades med bubbel och jordgubbar efter en lång bilresa från Skåne. Underbart läge och utsikt över en äng från trädgården. Lungt läge och nära till Granuddens strand där vi badade varje dag. Vi var två familjer som delade på villan under en vecka och vi kan inte beskriva hur nöjda vi var. Vi besökte stränder, solidens slott, långe jan, red på kameler, besökte slott och mycket mer under vår vecka. Uthyraren var väldigt snabb och hjälpsam på telefon. Vi är så nöjda med vår Öland semester!
