Small, but well-planned house with a small guest house. Fantastic location only 3 minutes walk to small sandy beach. 10 minutes walk to a bigger bathing place with bathing bridge, sand and rocks.
Fiskebäck is an area 4 km from the center of Lysekil. There is a good, well sorted supermarket and a good restaurant 1,5 km from the house.
The house contains of 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 80 cm beds-one bunk bed and one single), working kitchen, living room, and bathroom with shower and toilet. In the guest house there is one double bed.
The house has a plain standard but is located on a very nice ground with seaview and no insight. If you come with bus, it is a 10 minutes walk to the house.
