This charming house, built around the turn of the century 1900 (1897), is situated in the higher part in the most popular part of Lysekil, "Gamlestan" (Old Town), where You have a fantastic view over the town. Your own patio with a charcoal grill, sheltered in a sunny spot in front of the house. Two minutes walk from the centre, bath and "Norra Hamnens" popular restaurants. Free parking nearby. The house consists downstairs of a living room, kitchen, Guest toilet and a bedroom with two beds. Upstairs one bedroom with a double bed, two sleeping alcoves with single beds and a bathroom with shower and washing machine/tumble dryer. The ground floor has been totally renovated 2022 with a new induction stove, intergrated fridge, freeze and dishwasher, coffee machine etc. The upper floor in 2024 with a new fully tiled bath room. In the living room there is a smart-TV, parlour games and free wifi.
