Welcome to "Annas Schwedenhaus im Glück"!
Our typical red wooden house was built in 1930 and extensively renovated in 2020.
On the ground floor there is a small entrance with wardrobe, a kitchen, a full bathroom, a living room and a spacious bedroom.
The kitchen has an oven, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and milk frother. In the large fridge-freezer you have enough space to store supplies. Crockery and cutlery are available for 8 people. You will also find children's crockery and cutlery as well as a Tripp Trapp high chair. The dining area with a view of the garden invites you to spend cosy fika hours (Swedish for coffee time).
From the kitchen you enter the living room. It has typical Swedish wooden floorboards. A spacious sofa forms the centre of the room. Here you will also find information material about the region as well as German books that you are welcome to read and read aloud.
From the living room you enter the full bathroom. This has plenty of storage space above and below the sink, a shower cubicle and a toilet. There is also a washer-dryer combination at your disposal.
The bedroom on the ground floor has a 1.80 m wide double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is also enough space to place a baby cot. Of course, you will also find this in our house.
A narrow staircase leads to the upper floor. In the first room you will find a one-metre-wide single bed under a cosy slope. There is also a small desk and a chest of drawers for storing clothes. A (non-functioning) fireplace makes the room particularly cosy.
Another room adjoining the first room has sleeping space for two more people. You will find necessary storage space in the wardrobe, which has both shelves and a clothes rail.
In the rooms upstairs, your children will find plenty of opportunities to play: Duplo, Lego, puzzles, board games, handicrafts and painting materials as well as the Villa Villekulla as a playhouse.
The house is surrounded by a 3000m2 plot of land. Here you have plenty of space to enjoy nature or play football (balls and goals available). You can explore the surrounding area by bike.
There is a beautiful bathing area with a sandy beach and a shallow entrance just 2 km away. Children can use the sand toys provided to dig in the sand, swing and, of course, swim. A jetty leads into the lake. You will also find a changing room and toilets here.
