The house is located on a large lovely plot with a secluded location and large lawns for play and games. There are several patios to enjoy your holiday - from early morning coffee to late barbecue evenings. Choose to follow the path of the sun in the sky or sit in the cool shade over a good book. Here the whole family will enjoy themselves!

The house dates from the 19th century and was previously a farm. The plot is 7000 m2 and you have more than half of it at your disposal. The house is on one level and houses a modern kitchen with all comforts, spacious living room with open ridge and beautiful beamed ceilings. There is a TV corner with sofa and armchair.

From the living room you reach via a combined staircase / bookshelf a spacious sleeping loft (not standing height) with 1 single bed, perfect for older children / teenagers to house. Under the attic is a bright double bedroom. From the kitchen you reach the laundry room which leads on to the fresh fully tiled bathroom. The laundry room also has an entrance from the outside.

The house also includes a nice guest cottage with its own patio and sleeping accommodation in the form of a double bed. Perfect if you are two couples or have teenagers who want to live on their own.

Nice swimming area within walking distance in Lerkil which also has a restaurant, ice cream kiosk and a small marina. The area is also perfect if you want to bring your bikes. Gothenburg and the amusement park Liseberg can be reached in 35 minutes by car. Bus stop is only 500 m from your cottage. The nearest town is Kungsbacka, a pleasant town with cozy cafes, restaurants and shops.
