A Lovely summer house located on a lush nature plot, about 400 mts from the sea and a children friendly beach with a beach village (restaurant, pool, etc.). On the ground plot is also a boules court and a patio of circa 90m².
The house is located about 30 minutes south of Visby, 5km from Visby Golf Club, one of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses. The house was completed during 2022.

Huset var ännu bättre än annonsens beskrivning! Väldigt snyggt och fräscht, mycket välutrustat med allt som kan tänkas behövas. Tre bra sovrum med sköna sängar. Perfekt läge nära strand och fint bad.
