Welcome to our idyllic cottage, located in a natural environment between the lakes Älften and Sandsjön in southern Småland. With many lakes to swim, forests to walks, mushrooms and blueberries to pick you’ll never be idle. Or why not just relax in the hammock all day?

In total, there’s sleeping space for up to 8-10 people.

Bedroom 1:
•Queen size bed 160cm, room for 2 people
Bedroom 2:
•Two single beds 90 cm, room for 2 people
Other sleeping place:
•Sofa bed 140cm, room for 2 people
•Cot available to borrow if needed
A total of 4-6 people

The cottage:
*Family bed 140cm + 80cm, room for 3 people
*Single bed 80cm, room for 1 person
A total of 4 people

•Bathroom with toilet and shower (2018)
•Kitchen with dishwasher
•Access to a washing machine if needed
•A large charcoal grill and furnished patio (summertime)
•Fireplace with possibility to create a cozy atmosphere (wood available)
•Since we have children ourselves, there’s a trampoline (summertime), a swing in one of the trees, many boardgames and DVDs with mixed children's films and a Nintendo Wii (Wii Sports). Two highchairs for different ages are also available.

If you want to go for a swim in one of the nearby lakes, we can recommend good bathing lakes 1-5 km from the cottage.

The nearest town is Tingsryd, where there are, among other things, the well-known "Börjes" that’s sells Sweden’s most (probably) affordable shrimp sandwich & coffee, grocery stores, pharmacies and adventure water park.
Excursion destinations nearby: moose safari, car cemetery and of course Småland’s beautiful forests.

By agreement, smaller pets may be welcome. Sheets are available for rent. Smoking not allowed.

Vi havde en dejlig jul i hytten, der var alt det vi skulle bruge. Der var rent og pænt, og Janni var en rigtig god vært som allerede hjemmefra havde forberedt os godt på vores ophold og havde pyntet hytten fint op til jul, man følte sig virkelig velkommen. Der er en fin lille gå tur ned til en stor sø, og der er gjort meget for at gøre det hyggeligt udendørs rundt om hytten. Jeg kan sagtens anbefale at leje denne hytte.

The house looks even better than the add! a nicely designed in the house, with a very well-facilitated kitchen, cozy living room and many (extra) sleeping places. what small shower / toilet combination, but neatly in order. The location is nearby a busy road, but a walk to a lake and nature are nearby. the friendly and quick-responding host made our stay an extra nice week.
