House near the beach in Frösakull

Perfectly located house in a pretty street with a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Frösakull beach. The beach is a stunning 5km stretch of sand and dunes and is often named the ‘best beach in Sweden'.

The house itself is very well appointed with a fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen and a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a large table with seating for 8 and direct access to the private garden. At the other end of the single-story house are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. The tiled bathroom has a large bathtub with shower, a toilet and a built-in sink and vanity unit. Connecting the kitchen to the bedrooms is a very large multi-functional room with different zones for different activities. A quiet corner for reading a book, some cozy sofas around the TV (with Netflix and Apple TV options using your own subscriptions), a large pool table and a sunroom with separate armchairs and play area equipped with puzzles and games for children. An entrance hallway provides options for coat and shoe storage.

In the warmer months the garden provides additional dining options with a built-in bench area and seating for 8 people. There are sun loungers and deckchairs which can be placed on the deck or under the old oak tree which provides good shade from the summer sun.

An added bonus is the converted ‘teenager zone’ with garden entry. This is a separate room that can be locked from the inside, housing a bunk bed and a queen size bed (140cm) with full connection to electricity outlets. The proximity of this conversion to the main house can be seen in picture 29, and pictures 30 and 31 show the configuration of this room.

Beach life is buzzing in the summer with great swimming, boating and S’UP options but there is easy access to so much more from Frösakull, including the Halmstad golf club at Tylösand, padel, mini-golf, training gym, bike trails and children’s playgrounds. The Prince Bertils trail connects Frösakull to the immediate surrounds including Halmstad – a beautiful 10km walk along the coast via the trails. Tylösand can also be accessed via the trails or a 2km walk across the sandy beach to find more mini-golf, restaurants, beach clubs and live music during high season.

A short walk or bike-ride away is a grocery store (ICA), a restaurant and a pharmacy or a 5 minute drive away is Flygstaden where there are larger box stores such as MAXI ICA, Systembolaget, Sportia and Rusta.

Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning when leaving the house can be provided for 1600 SEK assuming normal weekly cleaning is sufficient.
