Cozy cottage near the sea

Cozy cottage with capacity for 8 people (sleeps 4 in the cabin, 4 in the guest cabin) located in a peaceful area in wonderful Mellbystrand approx. 1300 meters from Swedens longest beach. The cabin is 48m2 with one bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. Guest cottage with 2 bunk beds. The living room, kitchen and toilet have a ceiling height of two metres, the rest of the area has full ceiling height. Glazed conservatory with room for 8 people around the table. Incredibly generous surfaces on the wooden deck that runs around the entire property with seating in three different directions plus sun loungers and rocking chairs by the barbecue area. A trampoline and a tree house are available for the children.

During the winter months, the trampoline is dismantled and outdoor furniture in winter storage.

The accommodation is located in a quiet cottage area where the children can cycle and run freely as car traffic is minimal. The cabin is also sheltered from the wind, so if it's very windy by the sea, you can usually enjoy much calmer weather in a sun lounger on the wooden deck. The outdoor shower provides wonderful cooling when it's hot.

Cleaning is not included but can be ordered for SEK 1200. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 250/person.
