In this peaceful accommodation you can relax with the whole family during all seasons of the year. The back of the cottage has the mountain forest as a neighbor, where there is also a terrace. The cottage has light walls and a cozy wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and room for many around the table. Lovely living room with high ceilings TV corner and sofa bed with space for two. The cottage has three bedrooms, 2 toilets and a separate shower room with sauna. Ski storage at the front door.

Age limit for renting: 25 years
Pets allowed (well-behaved).

Free parking near the house. Ski-in & ski-out location to ski slopes, with transport route to and from Duved/Tegefjäll ski area. It is about 500 m to Hamreliften with connection to Duved's cable car and the slope system with nice, wide slalom slopes. 150 m to cross-country trails (also floodlit) and snowmobile trails. Ski bus goes to Åre and Björnen once every half hour. Also close to the mountains and hiking trails in summer/autumn. About 1 km to Ica, restaurants, cafes, paddle tennis hall, gym and bus/train station.

9 km to Åre with a wide range of restaurants, entertainment, shops and swimming and spa facilities as well as downhill cycling during the summer.

The cottage is rented Sunday-Sunday or Saturday-Saturday during high season otherwise by agreement.
Booking requests are received via email.

House rules: Cleaning is not included in the price. Smoking is prohibited. Leave the cottage as you would like to find it, i.e. clean and nice.

Directions:
Take E14 from Östersund towards Trondheim. About 8 km after Åre, opposite the exit to Duved center, turn right up towards Västra Hamrebacken. Follow the road straight ahead for about 300 m, until it turns sharply right upwards, about 200 m winding up towards the mountain. The cottage is on the left side.

Cross-country skiing – Ca 100 meter till Duveds spårcentral, med spårlängder 2-10 km, eljusspår upp till 7 km.
Downhill skiing (snowboard) – Ski-in/Ski-out läge på stugan, transportled till Duveds linbana. Backarna i Duved håller god kvalitet och klassas som blå och röda backar. Duveds liftsystem är sammankopplat med Tegefjälls system. Fint barnområde med skidskola.
Fishing – Två fiskeområden finns i området, fiskekort gäller.
Football ground – Finns nära Duveds skola.
Golf – Åre golfbana ligger 6 km från stugan.
