Fantastic big country house in Jarvso

Welcome to rent our fantastic Hälsingegård in Järvsö of 270 square meters.

The farm is maintained to a high standard and has retained much of its old charm
specially ordered wallpaper from England and hand-painted ceilings from the 1900th century.

Large and modern country kitchen with independent stove from SMEG, wood burning stove.

Living room with Howard sofa and lounge furniture, antique tiled stove, Lots of games and puzzles.

Large TV room 60" TV with appleTV and netflix. Corner sofa with room for everyone.
Fiber and WiFi on all floors.
Libraries with lots of books are available for both adults and children to borrow.

3 separate bedrooms with a total of 11 beds. The beds are distributed on
1. bedroom with 1 double bed of 180 cm + 140 cm bed cot,
2nd bedroom with two single beds each 105 cm.
3rd bedroom with 180 cm wide double bed.
In the TV room there is a giant corner sofa with associated mattress pads
the sofa can be made into 3 extra beds that are 80 cm wide and 2 m long.
(There is also 1 baby bed and a small junior bed.)

Two bathrooms, WC with shower in both and bathtub in the lower bathroom.

Garden with miles-wide views and patio and barbecue.
Carport with two parking spaces and electricity for engine heater available.

The farm is quietly located on the edge of Järvsö with a fantastic view of the
nature. Living countryside with horses and cows.

During the winter months, the house is perfectly located for both downhill skiing in Järvsöbacken, cross-country skiing in Harsa and skating tours on the river.

During the summer, Järvsö offers, in addition to fantastic nature, a mountain bike park,
JärvZoo, SteneGård, Champagne bar and much more,

No pets and no smoking due to allergies in the family.

The house is rented weekly, alternatively Thursday to Sunday or the following Sunday
