Luxurious mountain cabin/semi-detached house built in 2022 in a modern but at the same time classic robust style!

The house is located on a small hill next to Idre Golf Club and has a lovely south-west open location with a view of the pond and the golf club's grounds.

You can reach the ski slopes in only about 10 minutes by car. Here in the cabin, you can enjoy yourself on the sofa in front of the fire with 5.5 meter ceiling height and large windows.

138 sqm living area with well-thought-out layout to suit both one and two families without problems. You can imagine that after dinner the adults hang out in the sofa group in front of the fire while the children watch movies and play games upstairs.

The house has four bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed on each floor, one bedroom on the upper level with two single beds and one bedroom on the lower level with two bunk beds, one of which is 120 cm wide. There is also a cot and high chair and another high chair for older children.

Two bathrooms with shower, the lower one is equipped with a sauna.

Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.

Of course, all amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi. TV with apps (eg SVT play, tv4 play, HBO) not channels. There is also a barbecue and a lockable ski storage room outside.

The house is as close to the golf course as you can get and, as I said, you can reach the mountain in about 10 minutes by car. To Idre village with i.a. ICA supermarket and Systembolaget are about 2 km away.

In Idre you can enjoy three lift systems, several restaurants on the slopes, snowmobile trails outside the door and cross-country skiing tracks. Summer is also filled with activities as Idre is the most lively summer resort in the mountains, so in addition to golf and mountain hiking, there is also canoeing, fishing, hunting, horse riding, cycling in all its forms and padel.
