Ski in/ski out - circa 250 mts from nearest lift. Depending on the snow situation, one can walk/push through the snow. The cottage is not located on the slope but has a view over the pistes. You can park your car next to the cottage.

Bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed (can be pulled apart) and bedroom 3 with a 120 cm bed. Sleeping loft with two mattresses of 90 cm. each.
A fully equipped kitchen with new whitegoods and a large, and wonderful dining area with a view towards the Norwegian mountains. Fireplace heating stove.
Lovely living room with a TV and large open fireplace.

Walking distance to restaurants, after ski and the train station. 2km to well assorted grocery shops, agent for the off-license shop, pharmacy, and a sports/wilderness shop. Barely an hour from Åre and 10 minutes to the Norwegian border.
