Fantastic newly built mountain lodge

The house is located by the Idre golf course and close to Idre's ski facilities. The house is in a perfect sunny location with a fantastic view over the mountains towards Norway and with hole 12 on the Idrefjällen golf course outside the terrace.
By car it only takes only a few minutes to Idre village, from the village it is not far up to Idre Himmelfjäll and Idre Fjäll.
The house is 138 m2 with large living areas and an open floor plan. There are 10 beds in four bedrooms (on the lower floor two bedrooms with double beds (continental beds) and on the upper floor a bedroom with two beds and a room with four beds in two built-in bunk beds), two bathrooms, sauna, living room with 6 meter ceiling height and open fireplace, family room with large TV upstairs and fully equipped kitchen. WiFi all over the house. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet and boot dryer. There is a ski storage room and an electric car charger.
In Idre village there is ICA, Coop, Systembolag, sports shops with ski rental and several restaurants.
At Himmelfjäll there is a lift system, ski hire and a restaurant.
Idre fjäll has a large lift system with slopes in all directions and a ski stadium with many cross-country trails. There are also shops, ski rental and restaurants here.
Even in the summer, Idre offers several activities such as mountain hiking, canoeing, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking in the mountains and golf. On Idre's fine golf course, you can play golf from mid-May to early October.
