Holiday house at Österlen

Rörum on Österlen is beautiful and peaceful. The small village, which is a stone's throw from one of Sweden's most beautiful stands, Knäbäckshusen, is home to many exciting small businesses. Here you will find Rörums Retro, Lilla Viks golf course, Franskans Creperie and Mandelmanns gardens. Beautiful and magnificent scenery is just around the corner. The accommodation You will have access to the whole house with an inclusive garden and patios for all hours of sunshine. The house has a total area of approximately 165 m2. It is a new and fresh house on two floors. Directly outside there is wooden decking around most of the house with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture. On the ground floor of the house there is a hall, kitchen, dining area, a living room area, laundry room, two double bedrooms and a larger bathroom. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed with a height-adjustable function, a TV (with DVD/blu-ray player and HDMI cable for connection to another device, it lacks linear TV channels) and with some views of Lilla Vik's beautiful golf course. The second bedroom is equipped with 120cm beds and faces west. Between these bedrooms there is a lounge area equipped with two armchairs and three large windows overlooking the neighbourhood. The dining area/kitchen is equipped with a table, various utensils, crockery and generous work surfaces. There is an induction hob, oven, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the laundry room you will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as some cleaning items. Number of beds There are a total of eight adult beds, divided into five different beds in five different bedrooms. Sun When the sun is shining, you can enjoy it on the grounds during all the sunny hours. In the morning the sun shines best on the small terrace at the back of the house, then it moves further west towards the larger terrace and in the evening you can enjoy the sun on the front of the house. Accessories There are 4 bicycles, barbecue, sun loungers & ping pong table. Pillows, duvets, soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, some toilet paper, coffee filters. Guests also have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. OWN BED LINEN IS PROVIDED BY GUESTS. If you are looking for a beautiful nature experience, the Forsemölla waterfall is within walking distance. The nature reserve is perfect for walking or jogging. For those who like to play padel, there are also courts for rent at Lilla Viks Golf Club (500m). Swimming in the area Two kilometres from the house is the beach Knäbäckshusen. Other beautiful bathing spots nearby are the beach in Vik or the beaches in the nature reserve around Stenshuvud. The beach at Stenshuvud is large and beautiful, and if you want to swim undisturbed, you can take a walk along the beach - there are lots of nice environments to discover.
