Wonderful house in Tällberg with a high standard!

The house is located in central Tällberg with a view of Siljan, close to restaurants, the train station, beautiful hiking trails and a wide range of cultural activities.
A number of spas, gyms and swimming pools in Siljan are only minutes from the house.

The house is newly built and is of the highest quality. The entrance floor contains a large hall, a room with a double bed, two rooms with bunk beds, a bathroom with a sauna and a large family room with a stove and kitchen. The upper floor has two single beds and also serves as a TV room. The maximum number of people is 8 people.

You should park the car in the carport or in the house's parking lot. Two bicycles are available.

The property is 10 minutes from Leksand, Rättvik, Sommarland and the golf course. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Dalhalla. You can walk to Tällberg train station in 10-15 minutes. From Stockholm, you take a train for about 3.15 hours.

Cleaning carried out after you leave the house and is mandatory. SEK 1500 is added. You throw your own rubbish and empty glasses into the bin yourself.

Sheets can be rented for SEK 170/person.

The house is only rented out during the summer months and usually weekly.

Rental rules

Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning is mandatory.
Garbage and empty bottles, etc. are thrown away by the tenant in the dustbin.
Shoes may not be used in the house.
Age limit for responsible tenant is 28 years.
Check-in 16.00 and check-out 12.00


Cancellation terms

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund, up to 14 days prior will result in a 50% refund (minus service charge). You will not receive a refund for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.
