Lovely cottage by the sea

With walking distance to sea with sandy beach or bathing from the rocks.
This cottage is surrounded by trees and greenery and has wonderful places to sit and enjoy the birds chirping and tranquility.
Here there is forest and beatiful nature that surronds you. There are loots of flowers och two big cherry trees that grace the place.

Living room 40 sqm and bedroom with 140 cm wide bed. Living room with sofa bed (extra bed) and small kitchen table and fireplace.
Small kitchen fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. ( salt, peppar, oil included.
Bathroom with shower and separate (combustion toilet).
Glazed terrace with fireplace and chairs and table.
Guest cabin with an additional 140 cm wide bed.
Playhouse. Patio with garden furniture.
Cleaning is included, however, rubbish must be taken out and everything must be washed.
Blanket, pillows, bed linen, bath towels and towels are included.
Free Wi-fi.
Parking.

Check-in at 3 pm saturday and check-out at 11 am saturday Landlord meets on arrival and departure.( If the landlord cannot meet on site at this time, there is a key locker where the guest collects the key than the landlord will call the guest arrival for important information) Deposition must be paid on arrival SEK 1000 and you will get it back once the electricity is paid and we have checked the house. If you loose the key there will be a fee of SEK 1000.

Directions: Turn off E22 at junction 51 Karlshamn west, turn onto road 15 towards Karlshamn, take the first exit on the right at the roundabout onto Vekerumsvägen. After about 1 km, turn left onto Södra Stillerydsvägen. Then turn the second road to the right onto Båtman Skottes väg. Continue forward and turn right into the first road after the sandbeach, then immediately left, Lists väg, continue on the road and the house is the second last house on the left.
Close to the Archipelago boats with good public transport, close to the train station with trains to Copenhagen/Malmö and Karlskrona.

Feel free to visit our cold bath house. the Beach promenade, Vägga Rökeri, Kreativum, and several outdoor restaurants in Karlshamn.
