Red house located on a hill

Beautiful house located on a hill near Lake Gärdsjön. The house was built in 1997 and has a villa standard such as floor heating in the tiled floors, an open fireplace with free access to firewood during your stay.
This dwelling is suitable for people who wish to stay in nature. Walking distance 400 mts to a swimming spot with sandy beach. The fully equipped house consists of three rooms and a kitchen + loft, a total of 70m². The house is located 7km north of Rättvik and the area is called Baggetorp.

The kitchen is equipped with floor heating, fridge/freezer, cooktop/oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee percolator, kitchenware, tableware, TV, cleaning equipment and a wood stove.
In the all tiled bathroom with floor heating there is a shower, wash basin, washing machine and a WC.
The house has 3 double beds, 2 in each bedroom and one at the loft.
Heating by direct-acting electricity. All electricity consumption is included in the rent. It is not possible to charge an electric car by the house.
A Water heater of 70 litres, do have in mind that the hot water may run out if everyone takes a shower after each other. Just wait until the water is heated again.
The lodger has a private patio and a barbeque.
Carport with space for two cars.

The area is scenic and bird rich. The terrain is varied with walking and forest roads. Bicycle track nearby. During winter there are possibilities for cross country skiing, within a radius of 10km you will find several processed ski tracks. Nearest slope is about 7km away.
In the nearby area around Övre and Nedre Gärdsjö there are cultural attractions. Nearest food store is in Rättvik 7km.

The house is available to book Sunday to Sunday. It is available from 15:00 on arrival day and must be left cleaned at the latest 11:00 on departure day.
The landlord will provide for dishsoap, domestic detergent, cleaning equipment etc.
Duvets, blankets, and pillows are available.
The lodger must bring bed linen and towels.
