Villa from the 60's in the quiet villa area Mariedal in central Varberg. Completely renovated in 2017.
The area is located right next to a forest with a playground and running tracks. The sea is within 10-15 minutes walking distance. 10-15 minutes walk to the city center aswell, 18 minutes to the railway station. Grocery stores nearby. We'll put together a list of things you should not miss in beautiful Varberg when you are here.

The villa measures 100sqm, plus an indoor patio of 20sqm and a guest cottage in the basement of 20sqm. In addition, a wooden deck of 60sqm, a garden and a driveway with space for three cars. The rooms are divided into 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a living room, a conservatory and a laundry room.

The accommodation is best suited for families with children.

Included:
- Bedroom 1: Bed of 180 cm.
- Bedroom 2: Bed of 120 cm, for 1-2 children. Desk and toys.
- Bedroom 3: Bed of 120 cm, for 1-2 children. Desk and toys.
- Bedroom 4: Cottage in the basement. Sofa bed of 140 cm and a bunk bed with two 70 cm beds. Large smart TV to stream to and movie chair. Open fireplace which unfortunately cannot be fired in.
- Kitchen: Stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, food processor, blender and coffee maker. All utensils and crockery. Plenty of bench space and a bar counter with two bar stools.
- Bathroom: Shower and toilet.
- Guest toilet: Toilet only.
- Living room: Fully functional tiled stove, three-seater sofa, two armchairs and smart TV to stream to. Dining table with seating for 4-12 people (depending on the number of inserts).
- Patio: Dining table with seating for 12 people. Two chaise lounges (our favorite spot!).
- Wooden deck: Dining table for 8 people. Children's table with room for 4 children. Sofa group on the best sun deck with a 5-seater sofa and an armchair. Cushion box full of outdoor toys. Gas grill.
- Garden: Two sun loungers, trampoline, climbing tree, sandpit and a homemade car.
- Laundry room: Washing machine, dryer and plenty of hanging space.
- Other things included: Free wifi, duvets and pillows. For those with a baby, there is a crib, baby chair, changing bed, toys, etc. Soap, toilet paper and other consumables will be available, please fill up if you use so that approximately the same amount is left. Cleaning by a cleaning company after your stay is included.

Not included:
- Sheets and towels. Can be rented at extra cost (1000 SEK).

Check-in from 15.00 on Sunday, check-out 12.00 the following Sunday.
