Cottgae close to the nature

Cottage in very good condition and high standard with wonderful location between Rutsjön and Vansjön. Proximity to bathing spots, several fine fishing lakes and wonderful snowmobile trails right around the house knot in the direction of Älvdalen, Särna and Sälen.

For downhill skiing, it is only a 30-40 minute drive to Sälen or Idre. If you prefer cross-country skiing instead, there are nice tracks around the lakes in the area.
The cabin is approximately 50 square meters divided into 3 rooms with dining area, hall, shower room with washing machine and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

Furthermore, there is a large balcony, a barbecue hut with electricity and an associated patio with a large outdoor kitchen and a sauna hut with a wood-burning sauna.

Large driveway with plenty of space for brought equipment such as snowmobiles.
