The property is located just 10 minutes from Skälderviken's sea, next to countryside road and completely without neighbours. The house was built 1880. The orangery 2016. Magical light during summer evenings and when it gets chilly to sit outside, pop into the orangery light a fire.

Barely 5 minutes to tennis courts and a padel court, only 5 minutes to Ängelholm Golf Club. In the village there is ICA Supermarket, Pharmacy and Centrum Cafe with good bread and fantastic ice cream.
