Loft apartment in the middle of Visby city centre

Just below the square Stora torget and just a stone's throw from the promenade as well as the botanical garden and several medieval buildings and ruins is this charmingly renovated loft apartment located.

Bed linen is included in the rent, but not making of the beds nor cleaning before your departure.

It is important that those of you who want to rent the apartment can guarantee that you will be calm and discreet when you stay in the apartment and in the courtyard outside the apartment, as this is a condition from the association for me to rent out the apartment and as families with children live in the house and it is mine and my children´s home when I am not renting it out.

Included in the rent are duvets with double pillows together with bed linen and two towels per person. (making of the beds and cleaning before your departure is not included) Also included is four rolls of toilet paper, one kitchen roll, as well as soap, shampoo, spices and coffee filters and similar basic goods (in normal quantities).

The apartment consists of two bedrooms and an open space divided by a sofa corner with TV and a smaller dining table area together with a bathroom. There is a fridge and freezer, and kitchenware for breakfast and simple cooking. The larger bedroom has a double bed (180 cm) and the smaller has two single beds (105 + 80 cm). The larger bedroom has no window. There is also a single bed in the open part next to the sofa.

Good to know: The address is S:t Hansgatan 35 and the apartment´s entrance is from the courtyard with entry and exit to both S:t Hansgatan and Mellangatan. In addition to the regular exit downstairs, there is an emergency exit upstairs. The apartment is equipped with smoke alarms in all rooms.
