The entrance floor has an open plan living room and kitchen with all amenities such as dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and freezer etc. Dining table with seating for 10 people and living room with sofa and armchairs. Bathroom with WC and shower. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has a sofa bed with room for two people and a loft bed with room for one person. In the second bedroom there is a double bed with room for two people.

From the kitchen/living room you go out onto a large furnished terrace facing west and further out into the garden which includes a football goal, playhouse, trampoline, climbing frame with rings and swing.

On the upper floor there is a larger living room with sofa, TV and dining area with room for 6-8 people. From here you can access the west-facing balcony with sea views. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and one with a cot for children up to 5-6 years. A bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer as well as the possibility of hanging laundry.

Walking distance to swimming and marina. Also to the center where there is ICA, Coop, restaurants, cafes, clothing stores etc. Along the promenade there are additional restaurants such as ”Musselbaren” and ”Lyckorna Brygga” as well as bathing areas. It is also possible to take the archipelago boats that go around the nearby archipelago.

You can easily get to Gothenburg (60km) and other coastal communities such as Smögen, Fjällbacka, Lysekil, Skärhamn, Hunnebostrand and others.

WiFi is available and parking space for three cars.
