Only about 300 meters to the area's sandy beach, perfect for those who want to be close to the water and relax with a swim on a hot summer day. Here you have a fantastic view of the open sea at the same time as Kvarnudden creates shelter and reduces the waves.

In 2013, a major renovation of the house was carried out - including new electricity, new sewage and water pipes in the house, In the house there are two bedrooms which today are furnished with a double bed in one and two bunk beds in the other. Fully tiled and large bathroom with i.a. shower and flush toilet. The kitchen with space for a dining table invites you to socialize through its semi-open plan to the living room. Living room with lovely light and pleasant space thanks to hipped roof. There is also a warming stove and exit to the sunny balcony. On the plot there is also a garage building, not to be used by the guests but there is an attached sauna to use. Regarding the water in the house, it contains a lot of iron and dosent taste well so we recomend you to buy water to drink.

The Roslag trail that passes close to the property and the beach creates good opportunities for those interested in the outdoors to walk to Grisslehamn or further south along the sea towards Norrtälje. Well-planned plot with verdant grass areas, bushes and trees that create a privacy-protected feeling on the south-facing veranda and on the rest of the plot.The area is very quiet and peaceful and many of the neighbors have had their holiday homes for many years. The nearest grocery store is in idyllic Grisslehamn. Here you can also enjoy fresh fish from the fishing shops or why not a spa day at the hotel. There are also good restaurants, a dance floor and a marina with a marina. From Grisslehamn there is the Eckerö Linjen with which you can take a day trip to Åland. A little further south you will find Älmsta, which has a larger grocery store and several restaurants, bank, post office, health center and service shops. In the summer, the whole of Väddö blossoms with lots of tourists and various activities. There are many different activities to enjoy in the area. Discover Roslags unique nature along the Roslagsleden. In winter, when the ice is mirror-like, a long-distance ice skating trip to the outer archipelago is an unbeatable experience. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within a short distance. You can find mini golf at the marina in Grisslehamn and also at the Sandviken campsite.

From Stockholm you can reach the property by car in about 1 hour and 30 minutes and from Uppsala in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. It takes about 45 minutes to Norrtälje. Bus communications to and from Grisslehamn and the rest of Roslagen/Norrtälje and further to Stockholm.
