Mysig villa som ligger endast 50 meter från Återvallssjön där du kan ta sköna kvälls- och morgondopp. Här bor du med naturen runt hörnet och har närhet till sjöar, havsbad, golf och skärgården. Till Stockholm city tar dig på 30 minuter med buss. Busshållsplats finns 150 m från huset som tar dig till Slussen/Stockholm.

Boendet
Huset består av 3 plan. En källare med sovrum, toalett med dusch, allrum, tvättstuga och bastu. På entréplan finns toalett med dusch, vardagsrum med soffa och två fåtöljer. Ett kök med bord och stolar för 4 personer + 2 höga stolar för barn över 2 år. Går att ordna stolar för 6 personer. På övre plan finns två sovrum och ett allrum med soffa. Trådlöst Wi-Fi finns tillgängligt samt en TV i källaren som har internetuppkoppling så att du kan till exempel logga in på ditt egna Netflix eller HBO konto.

Sovrum
Det finns totalt 3 sovrum i huset. Det finns två sovrum på övervåningen. Ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng (160cm) och det andra sovrummet har två stycken juniorsängar för barn mellan 2-6 år samt en stor enkelsäng (120 cm). På källarplan finns det ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng (180 cm). På entréplan finns ett kontor som vi skulle kunna ställa in en enkelsäng. Resesäng för bebis går att låna.

Ingarö
Det finns en del vandringsleder på Ingarö och du kan gå runt fina sjöar där du kan hitta ditt eget lilla smultronställe. Naturreservatet Björnö bjuder på fin natur och strand samt så finns de fina stränderna Stora Sand och Lilla Sand (8 min med bil). Om du vill se älg så kan du kanske ha tur och få se det med.

Barbeque facilities – There is a charcoal grill on the porch and a bag of charcoal available during the stay.
Broadband – Wi-Fi is available. Passwords etc are in the manual you will find in the house.

Separate bedrooms – Det finns 3 separata sovrum. 2 st ligger på övervåningen och 1 st ligger i källaren.
TV – There is a TV that is connected to the internet (so you can connect to your own Netflix, HBO account)

Nearby

Fishing – At the lake right next to the house, you can fish without a fishing license. The other lakes on Ingarö you need a fishing license.
Golf – 2.6 km from the house is Ingarö Golf Club. Takes about 4 minutes by car.
Hiking trails – There are many nice hiking trails on Ingarö.
Outdoor swimming facilities (beach) – 30 meters from the house is the lake Återvallsjön. Here you will find a beach, jetty, floating jetty and a barbecue area. 8 minutes by car (7.3 km) you will reach the sea with really nice beaches and the Björnö Nature Reserve.
