On the entrance level there are large social areas in the form of dining room and living room in open plan. In the living room there is a spacious sofa with large TV and piano. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. There are two large dining tables that are adaptable in size.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has access to a balcony. In one of the other two rooms, the bed can be made into a double bed.
Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the ground floor, which is accessed from the outside, there is a bedroom, bathroom, sauna and laundry room. The bedroom also has a sofa bed.
In the charming garden there is both a greenhouse, a large trampoline and M-station (football rebounder).
From all rooms and patio you have a magical view of the sea and the beach outside, just to enjoy the sun from morning to evening!

The house is located a few minutes walk from the popular restaurants Musselbaren and Lyckorna brygga. It is also possible to take the archipelago boats that go around the nearby archipelago.
You can easily get to Gothenburg (6 miles) and other coastal communities such as Smögen, Lysekil, Skärhamn, Hunnebostrand etc. Nearby there is also a golf course (Lyckorna Golf Club 2 km), hiking trails, lakes, kayaking etc.
