Simple cottage near Vemdalen - Simple living

Simple cottage at the end of the road in a scenic setting with approx. 2 miles and 20 minutes by car from Klövsjö, Storhogna and Vemdalen's ski facilities. For more natural. For those who want to try sImple living and enjoys being close to nature. The cabin is at the edge of a large forest with lots of wild animals such as bears and lynx. The cabin is off-grid and has neither electricity nor water/drainage and is heated with a wood stove that can also heat water, a gas stove or an electric plant (not included, but wall sockets and elements are available for easy connection). Drinking water is collected in cans. 12 volt solar system for lighting and charging mobile phones and laptops. Sink and new gas stove for cooking. New double bed with quality spring mattresses and memory foam mattresses and pull-out sofa. The cottage is furnished for winter, but the windows have single glazing. New snow sled for shoveling snow. Outdoor shed, cassette toilet and storage room for storing bikes or skis, for example. Next to the site, a large hiking trail/scooter trail/pilgrimage trail leads to Vemdalen. Good fishing waters nearby. Suitable cabin for those who want to live simply, close to nature and like mountain biking (there are lots of shack trails and dirt roads), driving a scooter (there is a place to store scooters and lock them), skiing, hunting and fishing. Not ski-in ski-out, but wise in the village take the scooter to Vemdalsskalet and ski all day. Very basic standard, but for the right person it's a cozy place.
