On the beautiful coast of Hanö Bay, this newly renovated, modern log house is located within walking distance to the sea and the long beautiful sandy beach, which stretches from Åhus to Kivik. The cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with its own parking, a very peaceful area
It is a spacious house with an open loft in the living room, as well as three bedrooms. The balcony is partially covered where you can hang out regardless of the weather. There is both an indoor and outdoor dining area for six people. There is also a guest cottage on the plot for 2 people with all amenities, kitchen, TV Wi-fi, WC and shower, which can be booked separately.
The house is located in a cozy cottage area where you are close to the charming "home restaurant" Pia's kitchen with a family feel and a lively menu that is created day after day using the best ingredients of the season. About 600 m from the cottage you reach the sea and the kilometer-long sandy beach. There is car parking and toilets here.
Halfway to the beach there is a soccer field, tennis court.

There are cycle paths in the pine forest along the coast, visit the picturesque "eel huts". In the area you will discover a peaceful calm. North of Yngsjö, Helgeå flows into the sea. Here you can buy a fishing license and fish at Gropahålet.
Within walking/cycling distance there is a café, bakery, gelateria and Otto's ice cream factory. It is about 3 km to Yngsjö village and Restaurant Yngsjö havsbad and Kastanjelund, where there is also an unmanned food/vending machine shop. Large grocery stores and system companies can be found in Åhus, don't forget to visit Bonden's pantry. On the road to Åhus (10 km) you will also find Rökeriet and Rathckegården's farm shop approx. 5 km
Buses go to Åhus and Kristianstad several times a day.
The summer towns of Åhus and Kivik are only a short drive away. Discover the Forsakar nature reserve and waterfalls. Visit the commercial city of Kristianstad, perfect for shopping.
There are several golf courses nearby, the closest is Åhu's golf course, ranked No. 3 in Skåne.

Blankets and pillows are available, bed linen and towels are provided by the tenant.
Can be rented for an additional fee.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning and leaving the cottage in the same condition as on arrival.
Vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment are available.
Deposit SEK 1500 on arrival, which is returned after inspection at check-out.
Shoes, pets and smoking are not allowed indoors.
