A modern and well looked after holiday home with swimming pool in Stavsnäs By. Stavsnäs is situated on the north east part of the island Fågelbrolandet in Värmdö. Stavsnäs is about 40 km from Stockholm city. Bus 433/434 (from Slussen) takes about 45 mins to Stavsnäs By.
The house is approximately 100m2 and split into two floors. There are 3 separate bedrooms. The ground floor has an open plan living space with lounge room, kitchen and a large dining table (up to 10 people). There is a wood burner in the living room. The main bedroom (super king size bed), and a modern bathroom with shower, washer and dryer machines, are also situated on the ground floor. The upper floor comprises of two separate bedrooms (super king size beds in both rooms), a playroom and a small guest toilet.
The house is situated on a large wooden deck and faces southwest. WIFI is available and the house is powered by municipal water and an air source heat pump. The garden is about 2,000m2 and surrounded by a fence. There is a playhouse in the garden.
There are several sets of outdoor furniture. There are also several sun lounges around the pool and a barbecue grill (gas).
The house is close to Stavsnäs Sommarhamn (Summer Harbor) and Stavsnäs bageri. A lovely bakery, cafe, bar and restaurant. Open all year around.
There is a local grocery store (ICA Stavsnäs), and several beaches nearby; both Östersjöviken as well as the beach next to Susegårda. Also close to golf, nature and forests.
Stavsnäs Vinterhamn (Winter Harbor) is only a few minutes walk away for further transport out into the archipelago. In Vinterhamn there is a petrol station, garage, kiosk, restaurants and gift shops.
