Welcome to our home near Själsö
We are Louise and Simon, a surfer couple who lives at Gotland. We rent out our house during summertime.
- House is located 5km north of Visby
- Easy access from both airport and ferry
- A couple of hundred metres from the ocean
- Oceanview from living room and bedroom
- A couple of minutes walk from the house is Själsö Bageri ( the best bakery with amazing cappuccino and cinnamon buns), Bruceno Naturereserve with beautiful walks in nature as well as Själsö Hamn (small fishing harbour) perfect for that morning swim
- 5 min car to Visby, 20min with bike
- The house is located on a cliff. Below is a road with traffic which can be disturbing daytime. Inside the house there is no problem at all. The house is also located near the little airport of Visby. It's not a busy airport with only a few flights a day.
- Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, fire place, 2 living rooms and a rooftop terrace, patio, espressomachine, washing machine, dishwasher.
- 2 bikes are available free of charge
- Sheets, towels, schampoo included
- No animals
- No parties
- Not suitable for large families with children
- Separate lease. Both tenant and landlord are required to have home insurance
- Self-cleaning. Guests does not need to wash sheets/towels before checking out, as it will take too long.
