Summer house in Åhus

Take the opportunity to rent this beautiful private summer house in the south of Sweden only about 100 m from the beach. It is located in the village of Åhus, known for its beautiful beach, fabulous ice-cream of Otto (Ottoglass) and production of Absolute Vodka. A perfect location to spend some time in for relax and exploring the neighborhood. Only about 100 m from the house, you will find the sea with crystal clear water and about 300 m away an outdoor swimming pool. After about a 10 min walk you are in the center of Åhus with restaurants, bars and shops. Grocery stores are also located here. With the car it takes approximately 20 min to reach Kristianstad, the nearby town.

The house contains a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa with TV, a dining table with 8 chairs, a master bedroom containing a double bed and a bathroom including washing machine and a dryer. On the upper floor you will find 2 single beds in separate rooms and a balcony with view over the sea. Outside of the house you will find tables and chairs and possibility to barbecue. WiFi is included.

Check-in from 3 pm and check-out until 11 am. Bed linens and towels are brought by the guests themselves. Cleaning is done by the guests before departure. No pets. No smoking is permitted.
