Welcome to the cottage Lilla Vik in Vik - Österlen's pearl. The cottage was built in 2020 and has a floor area of ​​approx. 32 square meters divided into a living room, kitchenette, toilet with shower and sleeping loft (low second floor with double bed). The cottage is located above the beach slopes, about 200 meters from Vik's fishing village, swimming beach and orchards. In the south/west position at the entrance to the cottage, there is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture (dining table, sofa group and sun beds) and 4 bicycles that can be borrowed for excursions.

Within walking distance (approx. 600 meters) there are 2 first-class golf courses (Lilla Vik and Djupadal) as well as restaurants and a conference facility. There are train and bus connections to Vik (every 30 minutes) and the bus stop is about 100 meters from the cottage. There is also a food store (AutoMat) about 100 meters from the cottage.

Rental cost: SEK 7800 for each week incl. cleaning June, July, August. SEK 5500 for each week incl. cleaning other months. SEK 1200 per day incl. cleaning (does not apply to June, July, August and the minimum is 3 days). If duvets, sheets, pillowcases and towels are desired, these can be rented for SEK 200 for each person and week.
