Seaside lot with a large private dock

Welcome to our charming and newly renovated house on a seaside lot with a fantastic seaview with sun all day as well as enjoying the sunset.

On the large private dock (approx 55 kvm) there are a lounge set and room for sun tanning/relaxing. This is a place where you can enjoy all day, with your morning coffe and in the sunset.
You can take a swim from the swim ladder from the dock or from the beach (sand mixed with some stones).
Kajak and optimist are available as well as life jackets (30-80 kg).

In the house you will find a bathroom with shower and wc. The kitchen is full equiped, in the livingroom you will find one sofa and a couple of chairs, tv and a fire place. From the dining room you can enjoy a fantastic seaview and sunset.
On this first floor you will find a bedroom with a kingsize bed (180 cm) and a chest of drawers for clothing. In the livingroom their are a sofa bed for two.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a qeensize bed (160 cm), chest of drawers and tv in booth.
The staircase is kind of narrow with a little low sealing at the top, so if you have some trouble walking in stairs (trouble with balance etc) a bedroom on the first floor is to prefer. There are fast Wi-Fi.

Down by the sea there is a smaller house which is not included in the rental. But off course You can spend time at the porsche with a fantastic view of the sea and the sunset.

The plot is approx 2000 kvm ä. A place where you can play, play games such as kubb, boule, crocket, badminton etc.

You can reach Blidö with car, buss. It is a regulary car ferry that will take you from Furusund to Blidö. Or you can go (without car) with the Vaxholmsboat from Sthlm or Vaxholm. The island has a well equiped food store, several nice places to enjoy a ”swedish fika” or an ice cream and restaurants. The island offers activities such as padel, miniture golf, outdoor gym, soccer field and nice walking paths.
