Sjöäng is a large, lovely house of 130 m2, built in 1930 and surrounded by a beautiful mature garden of 2000 sq.m. It is about 40 m to the shore of Lake Bellen to a private mooring by boat. The house is located on the edge of the village of Bellö, approx. 100 m to the nearest neighbour, but well protected from view. In Hjältevad, about 6.5 km from Bellö, there is a shop, postal and system company service and bus connections.
The house has four rooms and a kitchen. From the kitchen entrance on the lower level there is a small hall with a toilet. The kitchen is spacious with the charm of an older style, dining table with room for six people. There is a wood-burning stove, four-plate electric stove with oven, dishwasher and complete kitchen equipment. The house's second entrance has a beautiful covered veranda, with garden table, sofa and chairs.
The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, fireplace, TV, CD player, and Wi-Fi connection. There is also large dining room furniture with room for four people.
The bedroom on the lower level has two single beds and a reading corner. Bedroom one on the upper floor has a double bed, old cast iron stove and small wardrobe. Bedroom two has a double bed + cot. Here there is a smaller hall with a writing corner and adjacent bathroom. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, toilet, sink and shower, the large hall on the second floor leads out to a balcony. The house has a large terrace of 45 square meters, which faces the lake. 15 square meters of the terrace is covered. There are several outbuildings on the plot, i.a. wood shed, storage room and a sauna for 1 to 3 people. The sauna is located directly adjacent to the surrounding, south-facing, privacy-protected terrace with an outdoor shower. Boat (4-5 people) and a canoe are included in the rent, life jackets in different sizes are also available to borrow. A pleasant, child-friendly swimming area with outdoor gym, sandy beach, grill and jetty is 300 m from the house. Free access to firewood.
