A charming, smaller cottage that is fresh, modern, and well-equipped with fast Wi-Fi. We are renting out our little cottage, a detached, timbered house with traditional joints, centrally located in Tandådalen, also within close proximity to Hundfjället. The house spans 40 sqm and includes a large living area with a sofa corner, kitchenette, and dining area, one bedroom, hallway, a fully tiled bathroom with a washing machine, and fast Wi-Fi. The plot also houses our larger cottage.

It is fresh, smoke-free, pet-free, and well-equipped. The cottage is suitable for families or couples and has 4 beds in the bedroom across two bunk beds, plus 2 extra beds in a sofa bed. The bunk beds feature high-quality spring bottoms and are comfortable.

The area, known as Tandådalens Fäbod, is located 1050 m from ski lifts and 250 m from a grocery store and restaurants offering Asian cuisine and pizza. It's situated in a quiet and scenic location at the end of a very calm road with only one other house nearby. In winter, there are large snow piles for children to dig and play in. The ski bus stop is 250 m away, and there are walking paths and trails leading to Tandådalen, Orrliden, and Gilleråsen.

The cottage is located at Slogstigen 8, Tandådalen, Sälen, a detached, single-story house, 40 sqm, 1 bedroom, 4+2 beds. A large living area with a high-ceilinged kitchen and dining area. Other amenities include fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s), TV, sound system, washing machine, drying cabinet, shoe dryer, engine heater socket, and a high chair. Ample parking space is available.

Living Area and Dining Space:
A 3-seat sofa and poufs, TV, sound system. The dining area can seat 6 people.

Bedroom:
2 bunk beds, 90x200 cm. Spring bases with mattress toppers, high quality. 2 wardrobes.

Bathroom:
A fully tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, drying cabinet, and washing machine.

Kitchen:
A smaller kitchen area with a stove and oven, refrigerator, small freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.

Hallway:
Hallway with tiled floor with underfloor heating, shoe dryer, coat rack.

Additional Information:
- We rent to families and adult groups (25+).
