The apartment is tastefully renovated and very fresh.

The house is located high up on the slope in Tegefjäll. Our apartment is the penthouse of the building, with a large south-facing balcony and a stunning view of Åresjön and the mountains in both directions.

Six people can comfortably stay here in three bedrooms and a large open living room. In the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a sofa group, a 55" smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace.

Bedroom 1 has a 160 cm bed, bedroom 2 has a 140 cm bed (and a small TV), and bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a 120 cm lower bed and a 90 cm upper bed. There are wardrobes in all bedrooms.

The bathroom is fully tiled with a large shower, a washing machine and dryer, and a spacious sauna.

There is a drying cabinet in the hall.

The key is in a locker with a code lock on the property, so no personal handover is needed for check-in and check-out.

Parking is available.
