Newly built, fresh apartment with boot and sliding distance to the slopes at the WC8 (and thus to the whole of Åre/Björnen). Closeness to children areas, and cross country skit racks in both Rödkullen/Ullådalen, and Duved which you reach within about 5 minutes by car. Walking distance to Åre village with restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping etc. Garage space and closeness to E14 makes it fast and easy if you have access to a car.
I mainly wish to rent out to families and well-behaved groups, the apartment is suitable for 3 persons (comfortably) or possibly 4 persons if you use the sofa in the all-purpose room. Please tell us a little about yourselves – how many of you there are, age etc.
Normally, Saturday is the arrival/departure day, but let us know if you have other wishes and we will check if it can be arranged.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (160cm.), wardrobe and chest of drawers for clothing etc.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (80cm.), wardrobe and drawers for clothing etc.

All-purpose room with kitchen: Modern kitchen with cooker/oven/micro/dishwasher/fridge/freezer/wine cooler, dining area for up to 6 persons together with seatings (larger sofa, and a Lamino armchair), TV (55") with Apple TV.
Patio: Private patio (ca 6m²) with afternoon sunshine during spring/summer/autumn.
