In the best location by the sea in Beddingestrand

For the first time we are letting out our beloved summer house.

In a perfect location in lovely Beddingestrand / Skateholm, less than 100 m from one of Skåne's finest beaches, you will find a truly wonderful and personal summer house.

Take a short walk along the beautiful beach landscape and you will come to Beddingestrand's fine tennis courts, the Strösselbaren and Andra Sandbank restaurant. A short bike ride along Beddingstrand's nice bike paths takes you to the golf club, grocery store, paddle and more restaurants. There is plenty to do in the near surroundings, take a car or bike to Ystad, Smygehamn and Trelleborg. You can discover several restaurants in the landscape. Among other things famous Hörte Brygga or lovely Restaurant Pillehill.

It is a wonderfully sunny large plot with several seats and a lovely large terrace sheltered from the wind. There is a fence around the whole plot, which is good for small children and animals.

The house, which was expanded in 2023, is a perfect house for the family or the large group. There are a total of 13 sleeping places. Five beds in the main house. (2+1+1+1). Two extra bed mattresses in the loft, two sleeping places in the sofa bed in the living room, four sleeping places in the guest cabin.

There is a bathroom as well as an extra toilet and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The sleeping loft is not visible on the floor plan, but here there is a ladder to a small lookout tower.
The small room closest to the laundry room will be locked for personal storage (no beds there).

Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1,500.

Cleaning before departure. No smoking indoors. May not be used for parties. Deposit SEK 3,000, which is returned after the rental period if no damage has occurred to the property and the above has been fulfilled.
