Summer house in Grebbestad on the West Coast

Welcome to our lovely house in Grebbestad!
The house is located along Grönemadsvägen with approx. 700m to the sea with a large nice swimming area and approx. 1 km to the center of Grebbestad.

It is a nice and cosy, older, year-round house with a large mature and private garden.
The house is on 1.5 levels with a basement and contains a dining room, living room, kitchen, shower/toilet, laundry room and 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a room with a single bed.
In the garden there is also a guest cabin with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed.

Adjacent to the guest house is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
A large, lovely lawn invites you to play games and activities.

In Grebbestad you will find several cozy shops, the Grebbestad jetty, boating, many restaurants, a bakery, ice cream kiosks, a fish shop, two grocery stores and Systembolaget.
Just outside Grebbestad you will find Sportshopen, the largest sports shop in the Nordics. There is also a restaurant and large play areas for the children. Nearby there is also TanumStrand SPA & Resort with adventure pool etc. for all ages.

Distance and excursion tips:
Fjällbacka - approx. 20 min by car
Havstenssund - about 10 minutes by car
The nature reserve "Tjurpannan" with many hiking trails - approx. 10 min by car
Vitlycke museum with petroglyphs on the UNESCO world heritage list - approx. 10 min by car
Boat trips (seal safari or excursion to the "Väderöarna") with the fishing boat Donalda - departs from Grebbestad - 5 min by car
Lysekil, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Smögen, Strömstad - you can reach them in 40-60 minutes by car. From Strömstad there are boat trips to the Koster Islands, among others.
You can reach Oslo and Gothenburg in 1.5-2 hours
