Description of the accommodation:

The apartment is 63 square meters and 4-6 people can live comfortably to a high standard in direct proximity to mountain nature and with ski slopes just outside the house.

The apartment (8B) is on the short side of the main house (8A) which is private. This means that there is a shared plot/parking but otherwise completely separate accommodation.

See description below to get an idea of ​​how the rooms are arranged with sleeping places, dining table, etc.

Description lower level:

Entrance: Welcoming hall with a practical module for storing clothes/helmets etc. It is four separate "booths".

Kitchen/living room: Dining table with for 4-6 people. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven/microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster etc. Small living room area with a sofa where you can chill after a day in the slopes. TV (Samsung smart TV where you log in with your own login). Wi-Fi is included in the rent.

NOTE: wood stove is missing (to be installed in 2024)

Bathroom: 1 bathroom with shower and sauna.

Description upper level:

Bedroom 1: 2 beds (double bed 160 cm)
Bedroom 2: 2 beds (2 beds each 90 cm)
Bedroom 3: 2 beds (2 beds each 90 cm)

All sleeping places have newly purchased comfortable beds with duvets and pillows.

A toilet is available on the upper level so you don't have to run down the stairs during the night.

Parking lot with room for 1-2 cars.
NOTE: It is NOT permitted to charge electric cars in any of the sockets.

Ski storage will be built in 2024.

About skiing in Klövsjö:
The black slopes in Klövsjö are elite class and have given Klövsjö the epithet "Skiers' ski resort". Svartåshanget is a challenge even for the most experienced skiers, sometimes you can see the national team training here. At the bottom of the ski area there is a large children's area with button lifts and gentle beginner slopes, warming hut, children's corner and sunny barbecue areas. At the very top there are several green and blue slopes. If you want to end the day with a cross-country ride, there are illuminated cross-country trails. Snowmobile trails goes just outside the house.
