Small house for rent on the island of Öja / Landsort at the far end of Stockholm's southern archipelago weekends, Friday to Sunday (flexible) during September and October. The house is best suited for two to three adults, or a family with two half-sized children.
The house, which has a small garden with a patio, is located in the middle of the village, halfway between two small ports; Österhamn and Västerhamn. To get here, you take a car or train/bus to Ankarudden, where there is a parking space that is included in the rent. From Ankarudden, a regular boat goes out to Öja.
There is a bedroom with two beds on the upper floor and two small sleeping alcoves with a bed in each. The stairs to the upper floor and the bedroom are steep, so the house is not recommended for very small children. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with stove, dishwasher and microwave and seating for three to four people. There is also a living room with a tiled stove. In the living room there is a sofa and dining area for five people, a small desk, two small armchairs, a TV monitor (which is not connected to the TV network), which can be connected to a computer, and a gramophone. Toilet with sink and shower is in the adjoining small shed in the garden to the right of the main entrance. There is no wi-fi. Bring your own bed linen and towels/kitchen towels. Cleaning is not included, you who rent are responsible for it being nicely cleaned upon departure. Contact Fredrik, landlord for further instructions.
