Unique house with jungle feeling

Welcome to step into nature and relax to the sound of birdsong and the rustle of the trees. When you follow the ridge through the trees, two A-houses are hidden at the other end. This ad is for HOUSE 2. The houses are nestled at the edge of the forest, with large terraces and extensive views of the Öland landscape. Here you have the sky and the birds as your closest neighbours. Because the small forest is allowed to rule as it wishes, nature is wild and offers an abundant biodiversity.

Our two newly built A-houses hide in the cozy village of Kleva, 500 meters from the sea and the beach. Kleva is located in the World Heritage Site in the south-western part of Öland, 15 km south of Öland's bridge and 5 km north of Mörbylånga community.

The house is for two people and have a kitchen, fridge and microwave, as well as crockery and what is needed to cook and feel good. The house has a large terrace with an unobstructed view of the landscape, as well as a barbecue. 1 parking spot included.

The houses give a lovely jungle feel. As the greenery hides the houses among the trees, there is a tangible atmosphere of calm and relaxation to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or just enjoy the view from the balcony. This also makes them ideal for bird watchers in spring and autumn. When the large numbers of cranes and geese fill the sky and the fields in front of the houses, you can even stay in bed and watch the mighty wildlife.

The house is 25 square meters in size and has a 180 cm double bed. Otherwise, a minimalistic design.

The guests share a common shower and toilet, which is located in a separate building between the houses. NOTE, the toilet is an organic mole toilet.

The house is rented out weekly during the warm season to adults, i.e. no partying youngsters but children are fine. Exchanges are on Saturdays. Cleaning and bed linen not included.

In consideration of allergy sufferers, it is dog free.

The house is completely newly built and therefore there is no furnishing in the pictures. You have to imagine coziness factor 10 and a fantastic summer day outside.

In Södra Öland, which is a World Heritage Site, there is plenty to see and do:
Alvaret, which is one kilometer away and stretches for miles, cozy Vickleby with Capellagården and its restaurants, all of Sweden's kite and surf mecca Sandbergen, the reconstructed ancient castle Eketorp, our neighbor Kollberggården with its riding camps and yoga retreats. the Beijershamn nature reserve with its bird sanctuary, Grönhögen with its 18-hole golf course and its water-filled limestone quarry that you can swim in, cozy Kastlösa village with all the cafes, Eckelsudde with its seal colony, Ottenby with its majestic lighthouse Långe Jan, etc... For those interested in history there large range of ancient castles and runestones. For those who just want to relax, there are miles and miles of beaches. For those interested in nature, there is Öland's unique flora and fauna, and fantastic birdlife.
