Rent our lovely guest cottage in Åhus (Täppet)

The cottage has 2 rooms and a kitchen, covering an area of 52 square meters. It is peacefully situated in Täppet, Åhus. The cottage is secluded on our property with its own driveway, parking, and a spacious lot.
It’s conveniently close to the sea, beaches, and the harbor (barely 1 km in either direction). By bike or car, you can easily reach Äspet with its beautiful beaches and unique environment.

At Täppet Beach, you’ll find the famous Ottos ice cream, mini golf, and the Upzone adventure course, among other attractions. Åhus Seaside is also nearby, offering restaurants, a spa, outdoor paddle tennis, and forest trails. Approximately 1 km away is the harbor quay and the old town with its restaurants. There’s a bus stop 500 meters away with buses to Kristianstad. Just 3 km away, you’ll find Kristianstad Golf Club & Destination (Åhus). And it’s conveniently close to Österlen with all its sights.

The kitchen (with a ceiling height of 2 meters) is equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and dryer (no dishwasher). The kitchen table seats 3-4 people.
The living room features a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, a 42" TV, and a display cabinet.
The bedroom has a double bed (2*90 cm) plus a possible extra bed (for a child), a wardrobe, and storage space.
The bathroom includes a toilet and a shower cabin.
We rent out our lovely guest cottage on a weekly basis from May to August.

Outside, there’s a private secluded patio with garden furniture and a small grill. You can borrow 2 bicycles.
Other amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and fiber internet.

Check-in is on Sundays at 2:00 PM, and check-out is on Sundays at 11:00 AM. Guests are responsible for cleaning, or it can be done for a fee of 500 SEK. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for 150 SEK per set (please notify in advance).

The cottage is available for rent to 2 people plus an extra bed, and we kindly request no youth gatherings, loud music, smoking, or pets. We reserve the right to decline rental requests
